All orders will be shipped using DHL, and a delivery fee of 4.95€ will apply. Enjoy free shipping on all orders above 80€.
Typically, shipping requires 2-5 business days from the date of your order.
Currently, we only ship within Germany and via MeinEinkauf to Switzerland. For other international orders, please contact us at hi@blankstill.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, here's what you need to know:
You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days without providing a reason.
The cancellation period ends 14 days after you or a third party, not the carrier, receives the goods.
You can use our cancellation form, but it's not necessary. Just make sure to inform us before the 14-day period ends via hi@blankstill.com.
If you cancel, we'll reimburse all payments received from you within fourteen days. We may deduct for any damage due to unnecessary handling by you. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used initially.
Send back or hand over the goods within fourteen days after notifying us. You'll bear the direct return costs, which will be deducted from your refund.
You're only responsible for any decrease in the goods' value resulting from handling beyond what's necessary to understand their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
